University Sports Centre

Saints Golf players have access to facilities at the University Sports Centre, currently in the midst of a multi-million pound redevelopment which will mark it as one of the best in the country and perfect for the needs of our serious student athletes.

Investing in sport

The University continues to invest in sport at St Andrews and in January 2015 embarked on a major £14m redevelopment and extension of the Sports Centre. The new indoor facilities feature an 8-court sports arena, a 120-station gym and a dedicated strength and conditioning suite for our performance teams and athletes. The construction of a four-court indoor tennis centre adjacent to the Sports Centre will cement a major, seven-year investment in sport by the University.

The facilities at University Park have been used by many professional teams and athletes when visiting St Andrews, including Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods, Luke Donald and other European Tour players who have praised the quality of our facilities and staff.
